Jahanzaib Razi is an Engineer by education with a professional journey deeply rooted in education and training. Over the past 8 years, he has made significant contributions in various educational roles and initiatives.
His passion for education led him to become a trainer and coach at Franklin Covey, a renowned American training firm, where he trained numerous teachers across different schools.
A notable achievement in his career includes translating all the books of “Leader in Me” a program focused on developing leadership skills in students, from KG to high school levels into Urdu. This initiative aimed to make leadership education accessible to Urdu-speaking students in Pakistan.
During the challenging ย times of the Covid-19 pandemic, when schools were closed, Jahanzaib collaborated with Chase-up University and the Skill Development Council to develop and offer a Level 2 course in Retail Sales Operations Management. This initiative provided practical training to over 400 boys and girls in supermarts and stores such as Imtiaz, Khadi, LuckyOne, Retailo, Chase-up, Chase-Value, and Ukaaz.
He has also contributed to the Prime Minister’s program by conducting sessions with students at Sir Syed University and training employees of a multi-level marketing firm, Oriflame.
